Pokez is one of those few places that you can go to in America and get awesome food (vegan and vegetarian) and be treated without a peppy blonde in pigtails flashing the same plastic smile at you. Go Pokez! |

Pokez is the best and most vegan option for your buck in this city. No lard in the beans is a rare thing. Vegan machaca breakfast is great. Tofu potato mushroom tacos... Also love the veg taco special.

I love the food...but they aren't careful at all about orders...vegan please but they screw up and put cheese on it all the time. Then they suggest that they just smear off the cheese...They don't seem to get the whole vegan thing...and they can be rude about it. To bad cause I loved them until there were just to many negatives including there attitude.
