Support the locals! Pacific's breads are all Organic, yeast free and I believe wheat free and vegan, making them great for folks with alergies. You'll find it denser and chewier than average sliced bread (due to being yeast free) I find it is best toasted. I buy the cinnamon raisin kind at Trader Joes and it is simaler to raisin bagel, good toasted in the morning or for a snack with Earth Ballance. It lasts a long time in the fridge. Also I've seen them at the Earth fair and smaller activist events selling bread with proceedes goint to pro Peace causes. |

We have dumpstered the bread before. The rye bread is good but we got another kind that we got could only be good as a projectile. Doorstop maybe. |
