A few options are fantastic
Steve

The trick here is to find the items you like.

I love the spanaki lemonato (sauted garlic in olive oil, with the spinach added, Add lemon to taste). It's one of my favorites. I also love the baba ganoush.

Not everything is great, but these two items are fantastic.

And they cater, so sometimes, I just get pounds of this stuff to go.
Not that great
Monique Had the vegi sandwich at Cafe Athena my husband had the eggplant dish they were both awful I can't believe this restuarant was rated so well in other sites. If you are a vegetarian don't bother. Only thing worth having was the tasiki dip and pita bread also got Baklava since I was so dissapointed with dinner and that was awful too.
WATCH OUT
Tim Clark i've been going to this place for 8 years. it used to be excellent, today they are just ok... quality really took a 2nd place in the past 4 or 5 years. WATCH OUT they dont even have olive oil in their kitchen or on the table. what they purchase is soybean oil mixed with olive oil (at which ratio is not my guess, but it is worse than 50-50). Ask your server to confirm this for you next time you are there and think to yourself if it is possible for such a thing to even exist: a greek/Mediterranean restaurant that doesnt have or use olive oil.
Great Vegan Greek food
T.M. I don't get to PB often but when I do it's usualy to go to Cafe Athena. I usualy order the lentil soup and a few sides like the Spinake Lemonato (sp?) spinach lemon dip and the Skordalia garlic potato dip. Just ask for the vegan pita if you are vegan, last time I was there they said they have two kinds because the vegan kind gets crispy when heated (which I like better anyway)the service is good and there are vegan sanwiches and entres as I remember like stuffed peppers and a falafel plate. Lot's of wine if you are into wine. very tasty!
regular customer
harry I 've been going there for years. Very nice place with friendly service. They have plenty of veg. dishes and they all have excellent flavors. I love this restaurant, i wish it were closer to where I live.
Fantastic Experience!
May Classy but casual cafe with fabulous food and service. They were very helpful and open minded toward substitutions. The food is as fresh as the atmosphere, and the menu clearly marks veg items in addition to
Decent Greek Food, Nice Menu
katrina The food is pretty good, nothing super special, but the menu has icons marking what dishes are vegan and vegetarian, very nice.
Greek Food yummy!
The Soybear All vegan dishes here are very good. I recommend the various dips, stuffed grape leaves, eggplant and the falafel.
