Our computers have a section dedicated to our Veg/Vegan items which specifically instructs the kitchen to make those dishes vegetarian or vegan. Additionally the servers are required to notify the kitchen and one of the managers whenever a table requests a vegetarian or vegan dish as an additional fail-safe.
