Urge your legislators to Approve an Urgent Anti-Dog Chaining Bill.

This bill would prohibit chaining or tethering a dog to a stationary object as a primary means of confinement. Research has shown that chained dogs are nearly three times as likely to bite as dogs who are not chained.
