Factory farms so disgusting industry wants to make investigations illegalTuesday, February 7, 2006Viva USA Missouri Bill SB 615 - Will harm investigations Missouri legislature has yet again introduced Bill SB 615 known as the "Animal Production Facility Act" that would make it a felony to distribute photos of any agricultural or animal facility. The Act would prevent humane investigations from providing vital information and photos to the public. SB 615 would hinder the ability to address inhumane treatment of animals.
